Hi Pragya,
Its nice to see your reply.Yeah i have some experience working with different projects i was assigned for.Basicaly i love to be arroung the small children and it excites me working for/with them. For elders in community.yeah it was hard to mingle with them in the initial phase but you know when you try to be close with them you would have so much to learn how the feeling, their emotional behaviours, their life at this stage and their perception in general. My experience woking with the elder people in community is not so much big as i was engaged with my research work as "Facing Death with Confidence" in my bachelor studies.Well...i would love to know more about your work and experience in development sector.Dear i am very much interested to do something great for the safety and benefit of the children in our counrty.I have some plans and strategies i m working on.
Looking forward to hear from you.
thanks

With regards
Ashu

Hey Ashutosh!
Thanks for you comments. Yeah It would be interesting to share experiences. Would really like to know the strategies you adopt to motivate the community elders to give their blessings for your project ( since you have a lot more grass roots experience than me)

Hi Dilip,
I am not at all busy nowadays as i am taking CompTIA A+ Neworking course from NIIT just to enhance my computer networking skills.Having said that i had changed my proffession due to some personal reasons and i have just back to my native in search of a new opportunity in development sector.I just realised myself not satisfied with the work i was engaged in.Thats the only reason i wanted to go for my post greaduate degree atleast.Having been enquired about the MSW from Annamalai University the fees are 17500 for two years.Yo are absolutely right to find myself have not much of that time. But i just wanted to complete my MSW atlease to come in the job race becos what i have found bwosing for jobs in development sector is that one must have PG Degree to get a kind of Middle level opportunity.
Well,i would like to know the overall process of selection in VSO as i am very new to VSO and wish to have the detalis regarding application to selction process being a VSO volunteer. How one should apply and what is the minimum qualification and expertise they ask? After jdging all this situation arround me i would love to have your kind suggesions and guidence in this regard.I shall be looking out to hear from you. Thanks 4 you kind support.

With Regards

If u r busy and full time service holder, I can suggest u for take the previlage for distance study(MSW), Have u enqure, how long it will take to complete the course, course fees, theory papers,Practical with 2 desertation pepers etc etc. If u r interested then fix ur mind and step forward because u heve no time....is it ?

On the other hand, VSOnot allow any certificate course during VSO placement as u know better then me.

u have to be full concentrate in VSO work .If u have capacity to do so then go ahead today itself
and do't spend time more..

Thanks for consider me. I appriciate & incourage ur interest. Keep in touch
