Working in NGOs like Amnesy International India, ActionAid, Social Equity Audit, etc., and also writing my Ph.D thesis on ethnicity and nationalism.

Hey Monami, hope other than men all else is better for you and you are comfortable in your placement. Take it easy and enjoy the attention, :D Someone recently told me she feel like an animal in the zoo when men around comment and stare at her. Its frustrating at times but don't think about it too much. You are beautiful and all that... so nothing wrong they say... (its just lighter side of it :). I don't know what else to say to make you feel better about it. I just realise that I have to keep my head straight and do the right thing instead of allowing anyone to be pain in the neck. So... things are falling in place and everyone has now started responding fast and proper. I am enjoying the placement and have already been successful in mobilising the opinion of the Government, which I consider a big achievement. Thats it for the moment.
