Thanks for positive responce and accepting as friend. Now may I request to describe your own experience as overseas volunteer to motivate me.Probable scope for me as responsibility for which my case can be considered. Knowing all these things I will be able to apply properly. If there is any ban to communicate then I shall not insist. Allah Hafeez.

well about assessment day what will they ask ? i am not sure about it as each time they have new group and new activities, but as i say you have know about your work and you have to relate a expriaces with it, for example if you say you are good team leader then you have to give an example of your work. there will be some activites where ivo will try to learn about you as team member how are you ,as a leader how do you deal with situation, etc. about my vol. exp. i had wonderful time in Namibia, i got chance to travel around with work, i was base at hospiatel, my work base was to aware people about disability. vol.exp. was life changing expriance, as there was no friends and good facilties like india, i have to stand by my side , i had to be friend by my own. and then i learn about the socity around and thats it..... I stared living comfortable life as i use to be at my homecountry.
