About Me:
A management graduate having 7.5 years experience in the areas of international marketing of agricultural produce, rural marketing of agricultural inputs, promotion of agri based SMEs.

From last one year working in the development sector. Needless to say the variety of work it offers, is not possible to get in corporate sector. I find myself more suitable for development sector.

Hi Raj,
Good to hear you that Your placement is in KSM

Actually I am more or less attached to KSM in building the website and linking the organization one of my program on national Volunteering. The KSM is very good organization on Livelihood and your program manager from VSO side is good. Your place in Manica is also beautiful in terms of weather and access. I am only 60Km from Manica and we meet all volunteers from manica in every month for meetings. I hope you should accept this placement. I hope you will really enjoy the placement. The organization Director is also a nice person. He is very friendly to me. Try to see the website www.aksmanica.org (its still under construction) and in portuguese also. I will try to finish the website by Dec when I will be in India.

Hope to see you soon in Mozambique.
Cheers!!!

Hi Raj,

Good to hear from you. I am based in Mozambique since 2007 Feb and enjoying my work and placement. Mozambique is a good place to stay and enrich the experience. The general thing to say about Mozambique is that, the place is good as weather perspective, bit cool mostly, the accomodation you will get somehow nice and depends on which city you are serving. People are nice and friendly too. Food is bit different than indian dishes. But I am liking it. Lot to do in work point of view. Let me know which organization and city you are geting offer.

Cheers...keep in touch.
Oh..yes..I am coming to Orissa on 2nd Dec for holidays. we can even talk if you want.

BYE...

well this workshop is for preparing you for a change, going out for 2 year means need a lot of prepration! you might not have communication source to get in touch with your love one or you might have to sacrifice some needs or i sould say how would you feel when you are out of your comfort zone" this workshop will give you question to think? then you can make your decision eaither to join VSO or not
