You are welcome to iVO.

There are challenges in day to day at work....For expl....communication (someone can wait in front of the office but the responsible staff will not come on time to open the gate) and you find its holiday...

There are many challenges you can face but its good when you try to resolve them (by sharing ideas and changing the attitude)

Any way its a lovely work to be a volunteer.
