Hi Friends,
I am Sudish from Bangalore completed post graduation in sociology and working in Defence for last 19 yrs, applied as a volunteer with IVO. Waiting and preparing for the assessment day on 25 May. Valuable suggestions from ivo family expected.

What were you doing before volunteering

Presently working in special school for disabled children run by defence organisation.

At 2:29pm on May 7, 2009, Karuna said…: HI Sudish, Assessment day is a cool experience. There is nothing for u to prepare as such. Just chill out and be cool on the day of assessment. You have few grp activity and a long personal interview where they get to know more abt u and similarly you too can clarify your doubts.
Its basically a session where they try to know more about u like -- how you get along with others, involve, plan, participate in activities, ur analytical thinking, percerption, etc.
