About Me:

Presently volunteering (iVO-VSO) in District- Samrong (the remotest) in Otdar Meanchey Proivince, Cambodia with a Local NGO- CHHRA as Project Management Advisor/ Trainer on The Project (covering 110 villages in the province) named “Sustainable health improvement of the population and poverty reduction by establishing community based health insurances, supporting self help structures to improve the health situation on village level and conducting advocacy on the right to access to health care to improve the self help capacity of the population” in the targeted area of Otdar Meanchey Province of Cambodia- supported by Malteser International & BMZ.

I've over 7 years of rich experience in conceptualizing, executing and managing Socio- Economic development, labour welfare and health communication programmes and Water & Sanitation programs with grass root level to International Organisations. A keen planner with expertise in programme management, development and communication. Proficient in driving projects for the betterment of spreading awareness/social mobilisation, especially in Health Sector. An effective communicator with exceptional relationship management skills with hands on experience in networking & advocacy with programme partners and allied agencies.

I've rich experience of working extensively in providing training and capacity building to the partners and field staff.

Adaptability, flexibility and sensitivity to the needs of others are my greatest strengths. Having started my career from extensive field work to the present job overseas, I’ve earned a great deal of professionalism. To do something for the humanity and join the Rotary club in my teenage, show my humble desire & commitment to serve my fellow-men. To work in social sector is not a work for me, its my passion- way of life.
What were you doing before volunteering
I was working with CCDU (Communication and Capacity Develpment Unit- A unit of Water & Sanitation Mission- GoR, supported by GoI and UNICEF) as Programme Officer for Bikaner Division in Rajasthan- India.
