- Development Professional with Master’s in Social Work (major in Medical & social psychiatry) with over 5 years of rich experience in conceptualizing, executing and managing Socio- Economic development & health programmes. A keen planner with expertise in Project management, M & E, networking, trainings & communication and capacity building with LNGOs to INGOs & Government like UNICEF, WHO, Health Department, Social Welfare Organisation, NYKetc. Proficient in driving projects for the betterment of spreading awareness especially in Health Programmes. An effective communicator with exceptional relationship management skills with hands on experience in advocacy, partnership & networking with project partners and allied agencies.

- Recently, I had finished my Master's in Social Work and before that I was working with District Health Department as District Trainer for ASHA Programme in District Pilibhit, UP.
