I had very good experience working with VSO. If you ask me about my placement,it really worked well.I think certainly it impacted on the organisational development and program development.Some of my VSO colleagues they were quite happy with their placement but few have had bad experience ...where either the placement did'nt worked or they lacked attitude & spirit towards volunteerism...
